Workshop Camp Hill, PA

Saturday April 24th 1:00 – 3:00pm

In this workshop we will look at the core postures of Primary Series–Marichyasana series through Baddha Konasana. We will determine each person’s limiting factors (if any) in these postures and give you tips and ways to safely loosen up the tight areas and work deeper into these poses.
These core postures of Primary Series are a deep detoxifying of the organs and cells, and the building of strength and stamina in the body. These postures require knowledge of our body and safe (wise) methods of working into the poses. The deeper you get into the core poses the deeper you detoxify your organs.

BOBBI MISITI has studied Ashtanga Yoga extensively with Nancy Gilgoff and teaches as she has been taught in the classic method of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
