Community Shared Agriculture from Local and Organic Farms 🙂
Here are a few of the CSAs that I have either participated in seasonal deliveries from or have heard good things about them.

Very small and personal, boutique style. You can tell they love their hi-tunnels, all produce is so rich and colorful and well loved.

Season runs 20 weeks June 4-Oct. 15
Farm is located in Dauphin PA
Portions are a little smaller than other CSAs but the variety is the best and the types and styles of vegetables they get are interesting — like several different kinds of beets that are all different colors, interesting greens (she grows my fav wasabi mustard greens), baby leeks, etc.

This will be my first full year with Sherlock Farms, last year I got their greens with my dairy delivery and they were big full bags of awesome rich greens. Also I contacted the farm with a question and the owner responded promptly and cares about providing a good service.

Season runs 27 weeks May 21-November 19
They deliver on Wednesdays to drop off points in several different locations, usually convenient.
Farm is located in Perry County
They also include melons and straweberries with their vegetables and have added organic apples at an extra cost.
