Broccoli Pesto

Ingredients

  • 1 head of broccoli, lightly steamed
  • 2 stems fresh basil (or sage)
  • 1/2 lemon, squeezed
  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4-1/4 cup pecorino cheese
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Blend all ingredients until smooth. If necessary you may need to add in up to 1 TBSP water as needed for consistency.

Serve as a dip, or on a wrap.
