Ingredients
- 1 head of broccoli, lightly steamed
- 2 stems fresh basil (or sage)
- 1/2 lemon, squeezed
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4-1/4 cup pecorino cheese
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Blend all ingredients until smooth. If necessary you may need to add in up to 1 TBSP water as needed for consistency.
Serve as a dip, or on a wrap.
