Butternut Squash


  • 1 butternut squash
  • Butter
  • Pure maple syrup
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 

Make a few slits into the squash with a knife to prevent it from exploding!  Roast the squash for approximately 1 hour.

Cut the squash half and scoop out the seeds. Mash the pulp with a little butter and sprinkle with maple syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
