Ingredients

  • 3 TBSP coconut oil
  • 3 TBSP baking soda
  • 3 TBSP arrowroot powder
  • 30 drops of your favorite essential oil -I like tea tree oil or lavender oil or eucalyptus or lemon and/or myrrh
  • Optional add in: Pinch of Clove powder

Instructions

combine your essential oils if using more than 1. If time, let them mingle. Stir the essential oils into coconut oil.
Coconut oil needs to be “stir-able”.  Not completely hard, not melted.  Usually room temp works great … except if you don’t like a/c in the summer …

Stir together your dry ingredients.
Stir dry ingredients into coconut oil and put in a jar.  I like to use 1 oz. glass jars, this recipe makes 3 oz.

Available for purchase in 1 ounce glass jars “flavored” how you like, please specify which essential oils you like — or let me choose.  $7.75

Most commercial deodorants contain parabens (known carcinogenic) and aluminum ( in anti-perspirants) which are connected to Alzheimers, among other concerns. If you want to save yourself those exposures try this recipe and smile.
