  • Hydrosol(s) of your choice; rose, chamomile, neroli, helichrysum are all my favorites for face,
  • opt. add witch hazel to tonify, aloe to tone and plump the skin, or other ingredients to balance your skin

Toners help to remove dirt, make-up, and traces of soap or cleansers.  Toners also gently stimulate the facial skin helping to restore balance.  The main purpose of toners though is to prepare the skin for your facial oil or moisturizer or other facial products.  Toners can be done in the morning or evening, or both.

Directions:  After washing your face with a gentle cleanser, pour a small amount of toner onto an organic cotton ball or round and gently wipe your face.  For maximum benefits of your moisturizer, apply moisturizer within 2 minutes of toning.

Facial Routine

Instructions:  Both morning and night, rinse face with warm water, pour a small amount of cleanser into the palm of your hand and gently massage into skin, taking a little time to give yourself a nice facial massage.  Rinse with warm water or a warm damp cloth.

Follow immediately with toner and follow toning immediately with hydrosol mist, and moisturizer. To get the maximum benefits of the products, the toning and moisturizing needs to be done within 2 minutes of cleansing.

Morning and Night:

  • Cleanse and rinse off.
  • Apply toner with organic cotton ball or pad
