Fresh Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh Brussels sprouts (the smaller the better)
  • Fresh Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Cut the Brussel sprouts in half (and remove the tough part of the stem). Half steam the Brussels sprouts for about 10-15 minutes (until about half way done). Then mix all ingredients in a container and allow to sit for 10 minutes.

Pour the mixture onto a cookie sheet and spread to one layer.  Broil to desired brown-ness, about 10-15 minutes

Serve and enjoy!
