Lemony Dill Pesto

  • A handful of fresh dill, roughly chopped
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup of walnuts
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 - 1 lemon juiced
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup of EVOO (Olive Oil)
  • * Opt. small amount of Pecorino or parmesan cheese
  • Pinch of Salt


Place walnuts, garlic, and optional cheese in a food processor, process until finely chopped. Add fresh dill, lemon zest and juice, and salt. Process into a thick paste.

With the food processor running pour in the olive oil and process to desired consistency.
