Spring and Summer Beans

Ingredients

  • Coconut Oil - a lot!
  • Spice Masala (spice mixture)
  • Onion - chopped
  • Tomato - chopped
  • 1 can of kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can of chick peas, rinsed and drained

Instructions

Heat oil in a sauté pan. Add the spice mixture and let sauté until aromatic. Add onion and tomato and simmer briefly. Add beans and stir. Heat thoroughly and enjoy.
