Ingredients:
Yarrow infused extra virgin olive oil, St. Johns infused extra virgin olive oil, and essential oils of frankincense. yarrow, and peppermint

Massage a small amount on feet after getting in bed for the night. You can wear socks if you prefer to keep the oil in longer and protect your sheets. Massaging your feet at night:

  • Calms your nervous system and quiets your mind
  • Gives your body the feeling of a whole body massage relaxing you
  • May help you to fall asleep easier and quicker
  • Helps you get to the restorative and rejuvenating deeper sleep states

Yarrow is a great night time oil, it clears negative energy, is wound healing, highly anti-inflammatory, supports healing from trauma, and helps you to relax. It is believed to be a feminine and harmonious plant.

Frankincense is a resin, it is an emotional and physical healer, helping us to heal our emotional wounds and ups and downs of the day. It is a sacred oil that helps one connect to their divine while releasing stress and negativity.

Peppermint helps to relieve tiredness from the day, it is analgesic and pain relieving, and supports lymphatic drainage as we sleep. It also supports respiratory health opening airways for good breathing all night long.

I put these essential oils in a base of infused St. Johns wort and yarrow olive oil. St. John’s wort is known for a wide range of therapeutic activity including being used as an anti-depressant. As an herbal oil, it has been shown to be an effective antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, pain relieving, and healing oil; helping one to fall asleep in a happy and relaxed state.
