- 1 apple
- Coconut almond meal pancakes (recipe link below)
- Slivered almonds
- Coconut oil or butter
- Maple syrup
Core and slice an apple and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake uncovered for approximately 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Make the batter for Coconut Almond Meal Pancakes.
In your skillet melt coconut oil and/or butter. Place slivered almonds in the skillet. Pour your pancake batter over the almonds. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of your pancakes while they are cooking. Cook until done and remove from pan. Top with the baked apple and drizzle with natural maple syrup.
