Minding your Mindstuff




The next frontier in your yoga practice; the power of your mind and how to use it.  What are you thinking?  It is powerful. Yoga is really about our mindstuff. This has been lost in typical group yoga classes today.  Learn what the aim of all this yoga originated from — what’s happening in your mind, and how it effects you, those around you, and what you create in your life.

Learn how to use yoga postures and breathing exercises (pranayama) to balance the functions and areas of your brain bringing coherence across the four areas of your brain for better cognitive functioning. 

4 days, 1-1/2 – 2 hours per day, each session will have up to a half hour of learning about your mindstuff, followed by 15 minutes breathing and/or meditation, and end with an hour long led or cued yoga practice where you learn to tune into what’s happening in your mind, and in your body. 

$100 per person. May 4, 6, 8, 9  10:00am  Dates may vary due to moon days.
