5:15-6:00pm EST Beginning a Breathing Practice (aka pranayama) Workshop

What does sitting and breathing do for one and why would one want to spend time doing that? Because its a very simple practice that needs no equipment and just a little time that improves your health, reduces stress, and makes you feel good! Breathing exercises carry many of the same benefits as exercise without the wear and tear on the body. Try it and discover the magic of breathing for yourself!

Workshop will be a blend of breathing practices and learning about the breathing process in the body and the philosophy behind the practices. The first month will have more breathing education, the second month sessions will be less talking and more breathing. 

Workshop is tailored to beginners but all levels will learn and benefit. The workshop starts with easy breathing basics and builds upon each weeks experience and knowledge.
