Dear Bobbi, You probably don’t remember me, but I attended your classes for a few months way back in 2002/2003 while I was living at home with my parents in Mechanicsburg. I just wanted to send you a simple note to say thanks for your instruction during that time. I was going through a transitionary period in my life, trying to figure out where to go next, and your classes every week provided me with a great deal of insight and grounding. I had never practiced Ashtanga or Pranayama before, and the fundamentals of what I learned with you have stayed with me ever since. I’ve since carried those principles into deeper meditation practice and I’m hoping to get back into yoga soon. Anyway, just a note of gratitude to let you know that your work is touching people’s lives, as it did mine. Continued success and strength to you.
